"Globalization / Tuscanization "is an exhibition which highlights the changes , the tiny differences and the huge ones , that are nowadays occurring to the usages and the customs of this land , torn between its ancient identity and this new sudden reality .
The traditional food exportation , the new ways of developing faster technologies , whose mere purpose is to increase the speed of the society and one's own profit , all contribute to create the weird phenomenon of " Globalization / Tuscanization "
From the Renaissance the land of Tuscany has always looked for an idyllic way of life , deeply absorbed in Nature , far from the chaotic cities that surrounded it , and such behaviour has strongly influenced what is known as " Tuscanization "
The search for ancient paesant traditions , the new value given to the Middle Ages settlements , as much as the rediscovery of Tuscany's very own cookery and the worldwide famous local wines , evidently show that this unique land is trying with all its might to keep its true identity .
This serie of shoots aims to represent these two clashing events which take place in everyday life , and are often forgotten and confused one with the other .
